Seaplane Outfitters plugs

Currently for all mode floats except PKs.

A PK float plug design is coming soon.
These plugs are installed as plugs or check valve. They do not have to be removed. Simply place your bilge pump over the plug and pump. Each stroke of the pump opens the Seaplane Outfitter valve to allow water out. The valve is normally closed to prevent water from entering the float compartment‘s.

It comes in two different versions.

One for PK Floats and the other is for all other manufacturers Like Aerocet Wipline EDO Bauman

It is a short pump only 13 inches long and can be stowed in a seat pocket or with the under hatch mount as shown.

The pump is called the "Amphib Pump" simply because preflight float checks are done while standing aside the floats at your hangar. But is great for straight Floats also.
